Upon pressing the installation button for the Digital Token app published by Scotiabank, referred to as 'the app,' users are deemed to have acknowledged, comprehended, and agreed to the disclosed functions and features. Authorization is also granted for the application's installation, encompassing current functionalities as well as potential future updates or enhancements, automatically implemented subject to device configurations.

The primary objectives of the Digital Token app encompass:
<ul>
 <li>Facilitating the registration of a soft token for two-factor authentication, utilizing the device camera for QR code scanning.</li>
 <li>Employing a soft token for two-factor authentication with unlocked access through device-based login methods such as TouchID or FaceID.</li>
</ul>

User-provided information is utilized and revealed in adherence to relevant account agreements and the Scotiabank Privacy Agreement (scotiabank.com/ca/en/about/contact-us/privacy/privacy-agreement.html).
